These prices are shown for a single user's license and a natural language, valid in Africa, North and South America, Asia, Australasia and some countries of the European Union.

Prices are subject to change. All reference prices are in US$ or Euros. If the Customer is a resident of the European Union or in some countries, we are required to charge additional taxes (for example 19.6% VAT in France) unless additional information is provided (VAT-ID number, etc.) We accept payment by bank transfer or international money order. Naturally we accept payment in US$ or Euros. Postage is payable by the buyer. The software will be shipped by registered mail. Express delivery is available for an extra charge. The upgrade option can be ordered up to two years from the purchase date of the original software. After this period, a new license for the full price must be purchased.

THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (WHETHER GENERAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFITS), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF SEMANTIC-KNOWLEDGE OR ACETIC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH SEMANTIC-KNOWLEDGE OR ACETIC'S SOFTWARE, OR WITH THE SEMANTIC-KNOWLEDGE OR ACETIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING SEMANTIC-KNOWLEDGE OR ACETIC'S SOFTWARE. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE, SO THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION ON LIABILITY IS FOUND TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN SEMANTIC-KNOWLEDGE OR ACETIC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES FOR LIABILITIES THAT OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE BEEN LIMITED SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
